People seek counselling for all sorts of reasons.

I have learnt that counselling serves different purposes for different people. Needs vary. For some it’s the therapeutic process, for others it's something less formal. For some a place to offload, for others support, and for some it's about learning. Whatever your reason I offer a safe and confidential space to come and explore your issues. My private practice is in my home in Haywards Heath. This means I am easily accessible to all who live in East and West Sussex.

I also work virtually. I have learnt that online work suits some people better. It also means we can work together wherever you are!

Not only do I see people for general counselling, but I am a qualified Psychosexual Therapist. This means that I have a particular interest in sex & relationships, and work with people who would like to talk about sex and explore sexual issues. This includes sexual identity, or of course any difficulties you might be having with sex.

I have a particular interest in GSRD (gender sexual & relationship diversity) therapy.
